专业建设是高职教育教学改革与发展的核心工作,是高职院校的核心竞争力。本文简述了"利益共同体"的含义,以及"利益共同体"建设在突出专业建设的职业性、促进专业可持续发展、保证专业建设的健康发展及专业质量精神塑造等方面的重要作用。

Specialty development is the core task of the reform and development in vocational education and also the core competitiveness for higher vocational colleges.This paper describes the implication of ＂the community of interests＂,and states the important role of the construction of ＂the community of interests＂ played in highlighting the vocational character in the specialty construction,promoting sustainable professional development to ensure healthy development in specialty construction and the shaping of professional-quality spirits.
