The legal phenomena and the consequences of road traffic accident cases has increasingly become an important social issue.This paper,staring from the principles of confirming the subject holding liability in traffic accidents,explores the general principles and the case of accidents compensation in practice,and proposes legislative and judicial recommendations on legislation from the practical angle.
