民办高校教学事故的原因分析及预防

Cause Analysis and Prevention of the Teaching Accidents in Private Colleges

教学事故问题关系到民办高校的办学质量和学校教学运行。当前,预防教学事故成为当前民办高校的关注的重点难点问题。本文通过分析目前民办高校的教学事故现状,教学事故特点和规律,找到影响教学事故的根本原因,并在多年教学管理工作实践的基础上,结合相关教学事故管理相关的理论,提出既符合民办高校教学事故总体现状,又能遵循教育教学管理的客观规律的教学事故预防的工作思路和具体对策,同时,为提高教学质量提高打下基础。

Teaching accidents are related to the quality and teaching operation of private colleges.Currently,the prevention of the teaching accidents has become an important and difficult issue to be focused on in private colleges.By analyzing its status,characteristics and regularity,the paper tries to find the prime cause of the teaching accidents.In addition,on the basis of years of experience in teaching management,combining with the theory related,the writer proposes specific ideas and measures,which not only fits the overall situation in private colleges,but also follows the objective law of teaching management in accident prevention,which lays a foundation for improving the teaching quality as well.
