摘要 为减小光伏并网功率波动对电网的影响,建立了光伏并网功率调节系统,加入可控微源-微型燃气轮机调节光伏输出功率,在满足本地负荷的基础上,实现注入电网功率可调度。为克服微型燃气轮机动态响应速度慢的缺点,提出采用时间序列法预测光伏与负荷功率,超前调度微型燃气轮机输出。利用Matlab软件进行仿真验证,结果表明该系统能有效平抑光伏并网功率的波动,提高光伏发电的可靠性。 In order to reduce the impacts of grid-connected PV power fluctuations on the power system, a grid-connected PV power regulation system is built. The controlled microsource-microturbine is added to regulate PV power, realizing the grid-connected output power scheduled on the base of meeting the local load. To overcome the microturbine's shortcoming of slow dynamic response, the time series method is adopted to predict the power of PV and load. The output power of microturbine is scheduled in advance. Matlab software is used for simulation and verification, and the results show that the system proposed can effectively inhibit the fluctuations of grid-connected PV power, and improve the reliability of PV generation system.
