摘要
目的 :探讨肠缺血 再灌注损伤时 ,肺表面活性物质及脂质过氧化物 (LPO)含量的改变及其意义 ,以及黄芪在缺血 再灌注过程中对肺损伤的保护作用。方法 :复制家兔肠损伤模型 ,测定血浆和肺组织LPO及肺表面活性物质含量变化 ,同时计算肺系数及进行肺病理学检查 ,并观察黄芪对LPO及肺表面活性物质含量的影响。结果 :静脉给予黄芪注射液可提高肺表面活性物质含量 ,减少LPO的生成 ,对缺血 再灌注引起的肺组织损伤有明显的保护作用。结论 :肺表面活性物质下降可能与LPO上升有关 ,黄芪通过其稳膜作用能减轻或在一定程度上防止缺血
AIM: To study the change of pulmonary surfactant (PS), lipid peroxide (LPO), and the protective effects of astragalius membranaceus on the ischemiareperfusion (I/R) injury. METHODS: Models of rabbits I/R injury were made. The effects of astragalius membranaceus on PS, LPO in blood plasma and lung tissue were tested. RESULTS: Astragalus membranaceus by intravenous route could decrease the LPO and prevent reduction of the PS during the I/R injury. CONCLUSION: It is suggested that lung were injured in I/R by free radical. The astragalus membranaceus possesses therapeutic and preventive effects through anitlipid peroxidation.
