倍他米松瘤内注射治疗血管瘤

Intratumor injection of betamethasone for treatment of hemangioma

目的 :寻求简便有效的治疗血管瘤的方法。方法 :采用倍他米松瘤内注射治疗草莓状、海绵状和混合性血管瘤 32例 (M 10 ,F 2 2 ;年龄 8mo～ 6a ;肿瘤大小 :3mm× 5mm～ 2 0mm× 4 5mm)。结果 :经6mo～ 1a随访 ,总有效率达 94 %。结论 :该方法安全可靠、疗效显著、并发症少 ,尤其适合于中、小面积的草莓状。

AIM: To investigate simple and effective ways for hemangioma tretment. METHODS: Intratumor injection betamethasone (betamethasone dipropionate/betamethasone disodium phosphate) was used to treated 32 patients of strawberry hemangioma, cavernous hemangioma and mixed hemangioma (M 10,F 22; age 8 mo～6 a; tumor size 3 mm×5 mm～20 mm×45 mm). RESULTS: The results showed that the total effective rate was 94% in 6 mo～1 a follow up. CONCLUSION: The remedy is a safe, simple and effective with the small hemangiomas.
