丹红注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变86例

Treatment of Danhong Injection for 86 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的:运用络病理论,观察丹红注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:选择糖尿病周围神经病变128例,随机分为2组,对照组42例,治疗组86例,在应用降糖药物、营养神经等药物基础上,治疗组静点丹红注射液。结果:治疗组总有效率80.2%,对照组总有效率69%,治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在络病理论指导下,应用丹红注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有较好的临床效果。

Objective ： To observe therapeutic effect of Danhong Injection on diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN） based on collateral disease theory. Methods：A total of 128 cases of DPN patients were randomly divided into two groups： the control group（42 cases） and the treatment group（86 cases）. Two groups were both given hypoglycemic drugs and neurotrophic drugs. The treatment group was also treated with Danbong Injection. Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was 80.2%, while the total effective rate of control group was 69%. The curative effect of treatment group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： With the guidance of collateral disease theory, Danhong injection has better clinical effect in treating DPN.
