农民工档案管理的问题与对策研究

On the Problems and Countermeasures of the Migrant Rural Workers' Records Management

我国农民工数量之多居世界首位,农民工问题是国家最关注的问题之一。目前农民工档案管理工作还处于初始阶段,存在着许多问题,论文从档案法规标准建设、档案资源整合建设、档案监管体系建设、档案信息化建设、档案宣传培训教育、各方人员综合素养等方面进行了思考,并提出了改善对策。

The number of migrant rural workers in our country is the highest in the world. And the prob-lem of migrant rural workers is one of the most concerned problems in our country. The records manage- ment of migrant rural workers is still in preliminary stage, so there are many problems at present. The pa-per puts forward some suggestions in following aspects： the construction of the archival regulations and standards, the construction of archives resources integration, the building of the archives monitoring system, the construction of archives informationization, the archives of propaganda, training and education, the per sonnel comprehensive quality and so on.
