档案信息服务实证分析：基于研究中国近现代史学者档案利用需求的调研

Empirical Analysis on Archives Information Services: Based on Questionnaires of Archives Utilization Demand of Modern History Scholars in China

史学研究者是我国档案馆主要用户之一,了解他们的档案信息利用需求是档案馆开展相应的档案信息服务的重要依据。通过对我国十余所高校从事中国近现代史研究的学者档案利用问卷调查,了解史学研究者档案信息利用的途径、档案信息利用偏好、利用档案信息的主要障碍、对档案信息服务的期望等,指出我国档案馆应根据史学研究者档案信息利用的特点有针对性地采取相应措施提供档案信息服务。

As historical researchers are main users of our archives, understanding their demands for archives information utilization is the main basis for archives to carry out the corresponding archives information services. According to the questionnaires in over more than ten universities, covering the content involving archives utilization demand of those scholars who engage in the study of Modem History of China, we learn the channels and predilections of archives information utilization by those historical researchers, main obstacles when using archives information and expectations to archives information services. Furthermore, this paper points out that our archives should take targeted and effective measures to provide archives in- formation services in accordance with the characteristics of archives information utilization of historical re- searchers.
