不同型号大孔树脂对雷公藤提取物主要成分富集作用考察 被引量:5

Investigation of Enrichment Effect for Main Ingredients from Extract of Tripterygium wilfordii by Different Types of Macroporous Resin

摘要 目的:筛选富集雷公藤提取物中主要有效成分的最佳大孔树脂型号。方法:建立雷公藤甲素、雷公藤吉碱的HPLC含量测定方法。以雷公藤甲素、雷公藤吉碱为指标,采用静态、动态吸附法筛选最佳大孔树脂型号。结果:HPD100型大孔树脂对雷公藤甲素和雷公藤吉碱的吸附量、解吸附量、解吸附率均较高,其中静态筛选时解吸附率分别为92.75%,84.84%,动态筛选时洗脱率分别为92.95%,90.02%。结论:可选用HPD100型树脂用于分离纯化雷公藤提取物。 Objective: To select optimum macroporous resin for enrichment of triptolide and wilforgine from Tripterygium wilfordii. Method: Methods of determination for triptolide and wilforgine from extract of T. wilfordii by HPLC were established. Optimum type of macroporous resin was selected by static and dynamic absorption with the contents of riptolide and wilforgine as indexes. Result: HPD100 maeroporous resin was the best resin of purifing triptolide and wilforgine, rate of static adsorption of triptolide and wilforgine was 92.75% and 84.84%, respectively. Rate of dynamic adsorption of triptolide and wilforgine was 92.95% and 90.02%, respectively. Conclusion: HPD100 macroporous resin could be used to purify extract of T. wilfordil.
