摘要
介绍了利用毛用冷浆液采用分条整经机倒轴上浆方式对精纺毛纱进行上浆。把冷浆液的复配作为浆纱性能的主要影响因素,从几组浆料配比和大量浆料助剂中优化出了适合毛织物冷浆液的最佳浆料配比、助剂及其用量。浆料总用量为40 g/L;浆料最佳配比为合成浆料(丙烯酸类)LMA-95和变性淀粉A-620A进行配比,比例为70∶30;柔软平滑剂CE937用量1%(owf);抗静电剂AL用量0.2%(owf);渗透剂JFC用量0.5%(owf);通过倒轴方式上浆后对浆纱测试分析,冷浆液能有效改善高支毛单纱、股纱织造性能,达到很好的织造效果。
The article introduces the cold size which is developed for the wool enterprise. The worsted wool is sized by cold sizing through pour shaft sizing machinet. The complex formula of the cold size as the main factor affects the sizing yarn's performance. The best condition can be chosen from a few groups of size ratios and the slurry additive. The total size is 40 g/L, the best ratio for synthetic slurry (acrylic class) LMA -95 and modified starch A -620A is 70: 30, the content of smoothing agent CE937 is 1% (owf) ; the dosage of antistatic AL is 0.2% (owf) and the osmotic agent JFC is 0.5% (owl). The yarn which is sized by the fall way is tested. The results show that the cold slurry can effectively improve the weaving ability of the single yarn and dyed wool yarn.
