摘要
在粗梳毛纺系统中尝试了用纯亚麻棉纺制线密度为125 tex亚麻短纤纱的生产,通过合理控制上机回潮率,增加闷毛(麻)时间,合理配置梳理工艺参数,充分发挥包卷着金属针布的胸锡林的预梳理作用,使得进入大锡林工作区的纤维具有相对良好的状态,在大锡林工作区,加强风轮的起出作用,使弹性相对较差的亚麻纤维抬高到针齿顶部,同时减少大锡林的返回负荷,增加梳理能力。再结合改造大小漏底结构,增加排杂量等措施,使试纺工作顺利完成。
In the woolen spinning system, using flax tow to produce 125 tex flax staple fiber yarn is attempted. Maximizing the pre-carding function of the front cylinder with wire carding cloth by controlling of moisture regain, increasing the shelving time with oil and arranging the proper carding process parameters, and then making the fiber entering into the main cylinder area be a relatively good state. Enhancing the raising action of fancy in cylinder area to elevate the flax fiber with low elasticity to the needle top, the returning load of cylinder is reduced and combing ability is increased. Adding the transformation of under-casing structure, trash removal is increased and the test spinning is successfully accomplished.
