摘要 利用瞬态热线法固体导热系数仪测定了北极熊毛纤维的导热系数,测量精度为±3%。用推荐物质硼硅玻璃和不锈钢对该测量仪器在283~353 K的温度范围内进行了检验,得到的结果与硼硅玻璃和不锈钢导热系数推荐值的绝对平均偏差分别为0.78%和0.91%。用该仪器分别测量了北极熊毛纤维在温度区间为230~313 K、自然状态和加压状态下垂直纤维轴向和任意方向的导热系数,并将实验数据拟合成关于温度和压力的导热系数方程,实验数据与拟合方程计算值在垂直轴向和任意方向的最大偏差分别为0.132 300%和0.139 936%,绝对平均偏差分别为0.059 312%和0.052 844%。 The transient hot-wire thermal conductivity meter for solids was used to determine the thermal conductivity of polar bear hair fibers. The experimental apparatus was tested by measuring the thermal conductivity of borosilicate glass and stainless steel from 283 to 353 K, with an absolute average deviation from the recommended values of 0.78% and 0.91%, respectively. Measurements were performed with polar bear hair fibers over the temperature range from 230 to 313 K in the transverse direction and all directions of polar bear hairs under natural and compressed conditions. The data of thermal conductivity were correlated as a fimction of temperature and pressure. The maximum deviation between the experiment values and the calculated values in the transverse direction and all directions of polar bear hair fibers were 0. 132 300% and 0. 139 936% , and the absolute average deviation were 0. 059 312% and 0. 052 844% , respectively.
