水泥稳定碎石基层裂缝处治实践及体会

On Crack Treatment Practice & Experience of Cement Stabilized Crushed Stone Base

水泥稳定碎石基层具有强度高,整体性、稳定性和耐久性好等特点,被广泛应用于道路路面结构中,但其缺点是抗变形能力差,易产生裂缝。裂缝处理不当将会反射到沥青面层,使得路面遭到破坏。结合杭州湾新区兴慈八路水泥稳定碎石基层裂缝处治实例,分析了裂缝产生的原因,提出了处治措施及预防对策,减少路面病害,从而使沥青路面能正常使用。

Cement stabilized crushed stone base is used widely in road pavement structure due to its advantages of high strength,whole integrity,great stability and durability,etc.But it can produce crack easily because of bad anti-deformation ability.Mishandled crack treatment will reflect on the asphalt pavement to cause damages on the pavement.Combined with cement stabilized crushed stone base treatment case of Hangzhou Bay New Area No.8 Xingci Rd.,the causes to cracks are analyzed and the treatment measures and prevention countermeasures are proposed to reduce pavement damages and to guarantee the asphalt pavement running normally.
