摘要
目的 为直肠癌病人施行Ｍｉｌｅｓ根治手术缩短会阴部切口的愈合时间。方法对４９例采用靠胃网膜左动脉供血的带蒂大网膜充填骶前腔隙。结果 ４９例中会阴切口一期愈合 ４３例，一期愈合率达 ８７． ８％。结论直肠癌 Ｍｉｌｅｓ术后骶前腔隙用带蒂大网膜填塞，能创造会阴切口一期愈合条件，缩短了切口愈合时间。
To shorten the healing time of the wound of perineum after the Miles operation for the rectal cancer. Methods In 49 cases, Pedicled greater omentum supplied by the left gastroepiploic artery was used to fill the presacral space. Results 43 cases (87. 8% ) had the primary healing of the perineal incision. Conclusion Pedicled greater omentum filling the presacral space was effective to shorten the healing time of the perineal incision after the Miles' operation.
