饲用芽孢乳酸菌的生物学特性研究 被引量:4

摘要 试验研究了芽孢乳酸菌的生长特性、泌酸能力、高温耐受性、耐酸性、胆盐耐受性和抑菌能力,旨在为微生态饲料添加剂的研发提供试验依据。结果表明,芽孢乳酸菌在30 h时菌体质量浓度达到最高值,在32 h时产酸量最高,最后在pH 3.80左右趋于稳定;芽孢乳酸菌经90℃处理10 min后存活率达到73.47%,pH 2.0及1.0%胆盐处理3 h后存活率分别为54.69%、24.36%;芽孢乳酸菌对大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌均具有较好的抑菌性能,抑菌圈直径分别为18.38、19.76、17.42 mm。结果说明,芽孢乳酸菌具备良好的生物学特性,是一株优异的益生菌株。 The experiment was conducted to study the feature of bacillus cogaulan on the growth characteristics, secrete acid ability,high temperature,acidic,bile salts resistant and bacteriostasis ability from the perpective of feed science,for the purpose of providing the theory basis about the research and development on microecology feed additives research.The results showed that:bacillus coagulan reached the highest quality concentration in 30 h and the highest amount of acid in 32 h,and pH was 3.80 and stabilized at last;the survival rate of bacillus coagulan by 90 ~C after 10 min,pH 2.0 and 1.0 % bile salts after 3 h reached 73.47 % ,54.69 % and 24.36 % ;Bacillus coagulan had good antibacterial properties to E.coli ,salmonella ,staphylococcus aureus, and the antibacterial circle diameter were 18.38,19.76 mm and 17.42 mm.The results indicated that the strain of bacillus coagulan had good biological characteristics and it could be a plant of excellent probiotic strains.
