摘要
目的:测定南京地区健康成人经口呼出气中NO(FENO)和经鼻呼出气中NO(NNO)的含量,得到相应的参考值范围并分析其影响因素,为哮喘、变应性鼻炎等呼吸系统疾病的防治提供理论依据。方法:南京地区182例健康成人,采用便携式瑞典耐尔斯NO测定系统,分别测定FENO和NNO含量,进而采用多元线性回归分析法,研究性别、年龄、身高、BMI对检测结果的影响。结果:①健康成人FENO含量为(17±7)ppb(1ppb=10-9),95%可信区间为(16~18)ppb;NNO含量为(79±35)ppb,95%可信区间为(74~84)ppb。②FENO含量(Y)与受试者年龄(X1)、身高(X2,cm)呈正相关,回归方程:Y=-65.784+0.102 X1+0.442 X2,均P<0.05。受试者性别、BMI、测量时间对FENO含量无显著影响(均P>0.05)。③健康成人NNO含量与年龄、性别、身高、BMI、测量时间以及鼻腔左右侧别均无显著相关性(均P>0.05)。结论:经口、鼻检测NO含量,操作简单、依从性好、灵敏度高,作为一种无创性临床检测手段,其正常参考值受受试者年龄、身高等因素的影响。
Objective:To determine the normal level of nitric oxide through mouth and nose in healthy adult people. From it the normal values were obtained to provide theory support for the prevention and cure of breathe system diseases, such as asthma,allergic rhinitis and so on. Method:One hundred and eighty two healthy nanjing a- dults were recruited, including 89 males and 93 females. NIOX system was used to obtain the values of exhaled NO through mouth and nose. The relativity between NO and gender, age, height, body mess index, time, ambient NO were analyzed with maltiple linear regression and correlation. Result: Exhaled NO values were(17=1= 7)ppb and correlated significantly with height and age. Regression equation:Y(FENO)=- 65. 784 + 0. 102X1 (age)+0. 442X2(height) ,P〈0. 05. NNO values were (79±35)ppb. Conclusion:FENO normal values and NNO normal values are easy to obtain and have good compliance and high sensitivity, which correlated with height, age,et al. Key words
