摘要
目的 探讨丹参、辅酶Q10 及联合用药的抗缺氧作用。方法 在豚鼠低氧供模型 ( 5 %O2 +95 %N2 )上 ,比较对照组、丹参组、辅酶Q10 组及联合用药组低氧 30min后动脉血气及耳蜗电图的变化。结果 低氧 30min时辅酶Q10 组及联合用药组O2 cont,O2sat及pH显著高于对照组及丹参组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,后两组间差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;各用药组耳蜗电图N1阈移及振幅下降幅度均显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,联合用药组又显著低于各单用药组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 丹参、辅酶Q10 能有效对抗缺氧性耳蜗损害 ,辅酶Q10 尚能提高整个机体抗缺氧能力 。
Objective To explore the anti-hypoxia function of salvia miltiorrihizae combined with CoQ 10 . Methods In the guinea pig hypoxic model (5 % O 2+95 % N 2 ), changes of the artery blood gas and electrocochleogram during hypoxia were compared between control group,salvia miltiorrihizae group, CoQ 10 group and salvia miltiorrihizae combined with CoQ 10 group after 30 minutes. Results At the end of hypoxia, O 2 cont, O 2 sat and pH of CoQ 10 group and salvia miltiorrihizae + CoQ 10 group showed higher than control group and salvia miltiorrihizae group (P<0.01), but the difference between the latter two groups was not significant (P>0.05).The changes of N 1 threshold and amplitude of each drug group were less than control group (P<0.01), and those of the salvia miltiorrihizae combined with CoQ 10 group were less than other groups with drugs only (P<0.05). Conclusion Salvia mitiorrihizae combined with CoQ 10 can effectively protect cochlear function from hypoxia injury.
