中国与印尼能源关系:现状、挑战和发展策略

China-Indonesia's Energy Relation: Situation,Challenge and Development-strategy

印尼能源资源丰富,且能源战略地理位置险要,是中国进口油气资源的重要海洋通道,进一步加强同印尼的能源合作对中国具有战略意义。中国与印尼在油气贸易、资源开发、能源基础设施建设以及新能源方面都开展了一定程度的合作,但仍需进一步拓展深度与广度,在解决诸多问题的基础上大有可为。为了进一步发掘中国和印尼能源合作潜力,扩大能源合作成果,中国应加强双边共赢、多边合作以及外交政策协调等方面的工作。

Indonesia＇s energy strategic geographical position is very important, is China~ imports of oil and gas re- sources of important marine channel, to further strengthen the energy cooperation with Indonesia has strategic significance. Energy development and trade cooperation between China and Indonesia is strongly complementary to each other. Energy cooperation between China and Indonesia has achieved some results, but still need to further expand the depth and breadth. To unearth the potential of the China - Indonesia＇ s Energy cooperation, and to expand the achievements of the Energy co- operation, China should strengthen the work of bilateral win-win and multilateral cooperation, and should harmonize diplo- matic policy.
