摘要
本文从板栗花雄花序中提取黄酮类化合物,采用紫外分光光度法研究理化因素对板栗花雄花序黄酮提取物清除DPPH自由基能力的影响。结果表明:自然光对板栗花雄花序黄酮提取物清除DPPH自由基的能力有影响;温度对其影响不明显;在pH3~5的弱酸性条件下清除DPPH自由基的能力较高,在强酸强碱溶液中清除DPPH自由基的能力较低;金属离子Na+、K+、Ca2+、Mg2+、Fe3+对其清除DPPH自由基能力的影响不明显,Al3+影响较明显。
The influence of physical and chemical factors to flavonoid extracted from the male chestnut flowers' s scavenging ability of DPPH free radical was studied by Ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The results showed that the natural light had influence to flavonoid extracted from the male chestnut flowers' s scavenging ability to DPPH free radical.The effect of temperature was not obvious.The scavenging ability of DPPH free radical was superior in the acidic condition of pH3-5,and the scavenging ability of DPPH free radical was lower in the strong acid and alkali solution.The effect of metal ions, Na + , K + , Ca2+ , Mg2+ , Fe3+ on scavenging ability of DPPH free radical was not obvious.But the effect of AI3+ was obvious.
