大孔吸附树脂分离纯化薰衣草总黄酮 被引量:7

摘要 研究大孔树脂分离纯化伊犁薰衣草总黄酮的工艺条件与方法。结果表明:AB-8型大孔树脂对薰衣草总黄酮有较好的吸附和解吸效果,其最佳纯化工艺为:上样液pH6.0,粗提物溶液上样液总黄酮质量浓度0.5mg/mL,吸附流速2.00mL/min,用体积分数90%乙醇溶液以1.00mL/min的速率洗脱,解吸率94.53%,黄酮平均回收率109%。 To study the optimal separation conditions for the total flavonoids from dried flowers of Lavandula augustifo/ia planted in Yili with appropriate macro-porous resin.AB-8 resin was chosen due to its excellent adsorption and desorption performance. Results showed that the optimal purification process was that sample solution at pH6 and the concentration level of 0.Smg/mL was made to flow through AB-8 resin column at a flow rate of 2.00mL/min.90% alcohol was used as eluent with an eluent rate of 94.53% at a flow rate of 1.00mL/min.The recovery rate was 109% using the above process.
