摘要
燕麦被认为是21世纪适合现代人经常食用的高营养价值的谷物之一。它除了具有食用起来可口的特性,它的一些功能成分在保健方面的贡献不断被人们发现,其中尤其以燕麦β-葡聚糖为多。本文对近10年来国内外在燕麦β-葡聚糖对肠道保健方面的研究文献进行了整理综述。
Oats are considered suitable for modern 21st century of high nutritional value of regular consumption of cereals.It has been eaten up a tasty addition to features; some of its functional components in the contribution of health care were discovered consistently,especially for multi-oat β-Glucan.The researches within 10 years of the oat β-Glucan on the role of health in the intestine were reviewed in this paper.
