体细胞突变肿瘤发生理论之悖论 被引量:5

摘要 一个科学理论是否成立,有三个关键的指标。一是逻辑上的简洁性;二是能够解释以前不能解释的现象并能在现有的理论之间建立联系,也即连环性;三是不出现悖论。肿瘤发生的体细胞突变理论(somatic mutation theory,SMT)已主宰肿瘤发生研究半个多世纪。
