嗜酒对慢性乙型肝炎肝硬化预后的影响分析

摘要
近年来乙型肝炎疫苗的广泛接种使得HBV的发病率逐渐降低[1]。抗病毒药物的开发与应用减少了慢性肝炎进展为肝硬化或肝细胞癌的机会;与此同时,酒精性肝硬化(ALC)则呈逐年上升趋势,研究表明各国或地区的酒精消耗量与肝硬化的发病率呈显著的线性相关。病毒性肝炎是我国肝硬化的主要病因,而欧美国家以酒精性肝硬化为主。
