摘要
为有效提高液压支架立柱缸筒的加工效率和材料利用率,对液压支架立柱用27SiMn高精度冷拔调质管进行力学性能及内孔加工余量试验。结果表明,采用高精度冷拔钢管生产制造液压支架立柱缸筒能满足液压支架的使用要求,具有广阔应用前景。
In order to improve the machining efficiency and material utilization of cylinderbarrel of hydraulic supports prop,the mechanical property test and allowance test of rolling machining were adopted.The results show that the hydraulic supports cylinder barrel which is made of high precision cold-drawn steel tube can satisfy the functional requirements,which has wide application prospects.
