Q235钢在溶液中微弧氮碳共渗改性层的探究

摘要 在甲酰胺电解溶液体系中,对Q235钢进行微弧氮碳共渗处理,观察被处理工件的改性层显微组织,借助SEM及XRD分别观测改性层形貌,检测改性层的相组成,最后利用显微硬度计测试改性层的硬度。结果表明,经溶液微弧氮碳共渗处理后的试样改性层硬度约为基体硬度的3倍。 The Q235 steel surface layer was made by micro-nitrocarburizing in the aqueous solution.The metallographic structure,morphology,phase and microhardness of the coating were evaluated by optical microscopy,SEM,XRD and microhardness meters respectively,and then the technological conditions and courses were discussed.The results show that the hardness of the surface layer is much more higher than that of the matrix.
