摘要 分析基本的摩擦学机理,通过尺度效应阐述了金刚石和DLC涂层的影响,说明尺度效应的重要性;讨论了在微米级接触问题中参数对薄膜表面摩擦磨损的影响。利用abaqus有限元分析软件,对模型模拟计算变形、应力和应变,为表面断裂分析建立一个基本原理。 The basic tribological mechanisms were analyzed and the importance of scale effects was illustrated by a discussion on scale effects for diamond and DLC coating.Meanwhile,the parameters influencing friction and wear of the coated surfaces were discussed in micro-level contacts.With the use of finite element analysis software(Abaqus),a principle for surface fracture analysis was established by modeling the deformation,stress and strain.
