摘要 在碳纤维表面进行化学镀镍研究,探讨了碳纤维的去胶方法,并对粗化、敏化、活化配方进行了研究,优化了化学镀镍配方。结果表明:在400℃下灼烧30min,去胶效果比较好;用硝酸溶液进行除油,同时还能起到粗化作用;用硝酸银进行活化处理,可得到致密镀层,镀层厚2μm。 Chemical plating Ni was carried out on carbon surface.The glue methods for carbon surface were discussed.The coarsening,sensitization and detox activation cleansing formula were investigaged,and then the chemical plating Ni was optimized.The results show that the process for firing at 400 ℃for 30 min has better glue effect.By using nitric acid to unoil moving has the effect of coarsening.Using silver nitrate to activating treatment,the compact coating with the thickness of 2 μm can be obtained.
