摘要
针对高铬铸铁水泵叶轮在使用过程中经常发生疲劳断裂等问题,引入一种新的热处理工艺,并通过无损残余应力测试手段检验该热处理工艺的效果。结果表明,与原热处理过程相比,此热处理工艺效果显著。
In order to solve the fatigue fracture problem of high-chromium cast-iron water pump impeller,a new heat treatment process was introduced.The effect of the process was also evaluated by non-destructive residual stress measurement.The measuring results show that this new heat treatment process demonstrates an obvious effect compared with the original heat treatment process.
