摘要
对模具进行真空淬火,模具变形量很小且模具表面不氧化;而采用超低温处理工艺后,模具的强韧性和耐磨性提高了2~3倍,从而延长了模具的使用寿命。
The vacuum hardening of die was carried out,the deformation is small and the die surface is not oxidated;and the wear resistance of the die is improved by 2 to 3 times after cryogenic treatment.The service life of the die is greatly prolonged.
