摘要
4Cr5MoV1Si热作模具钢采用常规热处理工艺处理后多次出现硬度不足的现象,研究表明在目前国内4Cr5MoV1Si钢的冶炼水平、锻造水平不尽理想的情况下,应依据实际情况适当调整工艺,提出系列改进方法:增加必要的扩散退火或锻后余热淬火工序,并提出淬火、回火中应注重的工艺要点,最终达到技术要求。
The phenomenon was analyzed about the repeated shortage of hanrdness of 4Cr5MoV1Si hot work die steel after normal heat treatment.The results show that in conditions of the unsatisfactory refining and forging levels of 4Cr5MoV1Si steel in our country,the process should be adjusted and a series of improvement methods should be put forward including necessary immediate quenching after forging and spheroidizing annealing.Some technology points needing attention in quenching and tempering are also suggested to meet technical requirements finally.
