摘要
研究了固溶处理温度对Cr-Ni-Mo-Ti马氏体时效不锈钢奥氏体形成、过剩相和最终时效的影响。结果表明:800~950℃时升高固溶处理温度形成的奥氏体依次发生组织遗传、回复和再结晶,同时使过剩相逐步溶解,而且升高固溶处理温度使最终500℃时效逆转变奥氏体形成倾向明显下降,这些微观组织变化的复杂作用致使材料强度略有下降,冲击韧度则没有变化。950℃以上固溶处理奥氏体晶粒快速粗化,材料强度和韧性均显著下降。
The effects of solution treated temperature on the formation of austenite,the excess-phase and the final aging were investigated in Cr-Ni-Mo-Ti maraging stainless steel.The results show that the structure inheritance,recovery and recrystallization takes place in the austenite in solution treatment ranging from 800 ℃ to 950 ℃,and the excess-phase is solubilized gradually.Increasing the solution treated temperature leads to a considerable decrease in the tendency to the formation of reversed austenite during final aging at 500 ℃.Due to these changes in the microstructure,the strength declines slightly,but impact toughness sustained almost unchanges.Being solution treated above 950 ℃,both the strength and toughness decrease significantly as a result of the grain coarsening rapidly.
