天然牙牙本质色度的相关研究

The correlational research on dentin color of natural teeth

目的研究天然牙牙本质色度分布情况、年龄和牙位对牙本质色度的影响及牙本质色度与牙釉质色度的相关性,为临床精确比色提供参考依据。方法采用国际照明委员会(CIE)L*a*b*色度系统,选用ShadeEye NCC测色仪,对126例全瓷修复患者牙体预备前后分别进行牙釉质和牙本质色度测量、分析。结果随着年龄增长,牙本质L*值增大,a*值变小,b*值变大;上下颌牙牙本质各色度参数均有统计学差异,牙本质L*a*b*平均值与牙釉质L*a*b*平均值均有明显差异并且分别存在正相关。结论天然牙牙本质随年龄增长明度变大,色度偏绿偏黄。牙本质色度在上下颌不同牙位的分布具有一定规律。同颗牙冠牙本质明度大于牙釉质,牙本质比牙釉质偏红偏黄。牙釉质的色度随着牙本质色度的变化成正相关变化。

Objective To study the chromaticity distribution of dentin of natural teeth, the impact of age and tooth position on dentin ehroma and the correlation between dentin color and enamel color, and provide the reference for accurate clinical colofimetry. Methods Choose 126 patients whose teeth got all-ceramic repair, and use International Commission on Illumination （CIE） L ＊ a ＊ b ＊ color system and ShadeEye NCC to measure and analyze respectively their enamel color and dentin color before and after the tooth preparation. Results With increase of age, dentin L ＊ value increased, a ＊ value got smaller, and b ＊ value got larger. There was statistical difference in all parameters of the maxillary tooth color and parameters of the mandibular tooth color. There was significant difference in mean value of dentin L ＊ a ＊ b ＊ and mean value of enamel L ＊ a ＊ b ＊. They were positively correlated. Conclusions Dentin color of natural teeth changed with age. The older people got, the greater the brightness got , and chroma biased in favor of green and yellow. For the same tooth crown, dentin brightness was greater than enamel brightness, and the dentin was more reddish and yellowish than the enamel. Chro- ma of enamel was in positive correlation with the change of dentin chroma.
