Psychological Principles and Capacity of Museum Employees

本文利用心理学原理,分析思想认识、从众行为、心理维护、意志力、情感与思想工作的关系,提出了博物馆员工素质提升与思想引导的心理学基础和方法。

Based on psychological principles, the author analyzes relations between psychological awareness, herd behaviour, employee＇ s psychological maintenance, willpower, emotion and ideological work. The author also proposes the psychological basis and methods for improving the capacity of museum employees and psychological guidance.
