摘要
文章分析了我国上市公司高管薪酬契约问题,并从公司治理角度提出改进薪酬契约设计的相关建议。
This paper analyzed the problem of senior executive contract of quoted company in China,and putted forward proposal of improving design of compensation contracts from the perspective of corporate governance.
