一次性注射器针筒辅助掰安瓿应用效果分析

Analysis on Application Effectiveness of Breaking Ampoule by Disposable Syringe Needle Cylinder

目的评估一次性注射器针筒辅助掰安瓿在临床护理工作中的应用效果。方法将350名护士随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用一次性注射器针筒辅助掰安瓿,对照组采用传统方法,比较其手指受伤率及护士满意度。结果对照组和实验组平均受伤率分别为(28.32±0.21)%及(3.63±0.35)%,平均满意度为(56.54±0.35)%及(96.32±0.52)%,差异具有显著意义。结论一次性注射器针筒辅助掰安瓿,效果确切,操作简便易行,值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the application results of breaking ampoule by disposable syringe needle cylinder in the clinical care. Methods 350 nurses were randomly divided into experimental and control group. The experimental group was using disposable syringe needle auxiliary breaking ampoule and the contral group was using traditional method. The finger injury rate and nursing satisfaction were com- paredt. Results In these two groups, the average injury rates were （28.32 ±0.21 ） % and （3.63 ± 0.35 ） % , the average satisfaction were （56.54 ± 0.35 ） % and （96.32 ±0. 52） % , the difference was significant. Conclusion With the exact effect and simple operation, the method of breaking ampoule by disposable syringe needle cylinder was worth promoting.
