摘要
为了研究短纤维纱线的毛羽规律和特征,在测定棉纤维长度分布、并利用非参数核估计方法获得给定纤维长度分布密度函数的基础上,采用Monte-Carlo方法模拟了纱中纤维的排列,分析并导出了纱体表面毛羽长度分布的密度函数.利用这些结果,在合理设定影响毛羽数量和长度分布的参数的基础上,利用几何概率方法随机模拟了环锭棉纱的毛羽指数.结果表明,模拟结果与实测结果对比具有较小差异.
For researching the roles and characteristic of the staple yarn hairiness,based on the test of fiber length distribution,the density function of the fiber length distribution is got with nonparametric kernel estimation method,and the array of fibers in the yarn is simulated by Monte-Carlo method,and the density function of hairiness length distribution on the surface of yarn is analyzed and carried out.Using these results,based on setting the parameters related to hairiness quantity and length,the hairiness of the cotton ring spun yarn is simulated by geometric probability method.The result shows that the simulation data are in accordance with the experimental data.
