摘要
以罗布麻和大叶白麻为实验材料。以NaAc-A1C13体系为显色剂,以金丝桃苷为对照品,用分光光度法于400 nm处测定了它们的总黄酮含量;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),测定了它们的金丝桃苷含量。结果表明:罗布麻叶片中的金丝桃苷含量较大叶白麻叶片中的高,前者为0.1%左右,后者含量很低,几乎检测不出,大叶白麻花中的含量亦很低;罗布麻叶片和大叶白麻叶片中的总黄酮含量分别为2.6%和2.2%,大叶白麻花中的含量较叶片的低,为0.5%。
In this study, the hyperoside contents inApocynum venetum Linn. and Poacynum hendersonii (Hook. f.) Woodson were measured by HPLC, and the total flavonoid were determined by spectrophotometry with UV absorption wave at 400 nm using hyperoside as a reference substance. Results showed the hypreoside content of leaves in Apocynum venetum Linn. was highest, which was 0.1%, and those of leaves and flower in Poacynum hendersonii (Hook. f.) Woodson were very little, nearly undetectable. The total flavonoid content of leaves in Apocynum venetum Linn. and Poacynum hendersonii (Hook. f .) Woodson was 2.6 % and 2.2 %, respectively, however that of flowers was significantly lower than that of leaves, which was approximately 0.5 %.
