葡萄糖对螺旋藻生长的影响及机理分析 被引量:6

摘要 研究葡萄糖对螺旋藻生长的影响,结果表明,葡萄糖浓度为3.0 g/L时,干重最大,是对照的1.29倍,并发现采用不灭菌Zarrouk培养基混合营养培养螺旋藻是可行的。葡萄糖对螺旋藻生长的影响机理可能是外源葡萄糖对螺旋藻细胞的生理和代谢产生影响,使整个细胞处于比较活跃的生理状态,导致螺旋藻光合反应速率增加、光饱和值升高、暗呼吸和光补偿点也显著提高,藻生物量浓度较光合自养有很大程度提高。 Influence of glucose on the cell dry weight of Spirulinaplatensis was studied. The results showed that when glucose concentration was 3.0 g/L, the cell dry weight was up to the highest, which was 1.29 times to the same culture without glucose. At the same time,we found that mixotrophic culture of Spirulinaplatensis used the medium of Zarrouk without sterilizling was feasible.The mechanisms maybe was that glucose influences the physiological and metabolism of Spirulina platensis cells and makes the whole cells in comparative active physiological condition, so result in photosynthetic reaction rate increasing, spirulina saturated value, dark light breathing and compensation points increasing significantly, the biomass of Spirulinaplatensis improving greatly compared with phototrophic culture.
