摘要
食品添加剂是肉类工业发展的重要组成部分,食品添加剂不仅能改善肉制品的色、香、味,而且在降低产品成本,提高产品质量方面起到很重要的作用。通过几种常见食品添加剂,浅谈其在肉制品加工中的应用。
Food additive is an important part in the development of meat industry, food additives can improve not only the meat color, smell and taste, but also to reduce product cost, improve product quality plays an important role.This article through several common food additives, on its applications in meat products.
