摘要
共扼亚油酸是一类具有多种生理功能的不饱和脂肪酸,在食品、医药、保健品、化妆品等中具有广阔的应用前景。从抗肿瘤、抗氧化、免疫调节、降脂、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗缺氧、促进成骨、降糖等几个方面,对共轭亚油酸的功能研究进行综述。
Conjugated Linoleic Acid is a kind of functional unsaturated fatty acid, which is widely used in fields of food, medicine, health care products and cosmetic. The article summarized its functions from aspects of antitumor, anti-oxidant, immuno-regulation, reduce blood fat, anti-atherosclerosis, anti-anoxia, auxo-osteogenesis and reduce blood glucose activities.
