摘要
通过对二氧化氯不同生产方法与工艺的分析,探讨各种二氧化氯产品的特点及适用领域;通过对消毒剂级与食品添加剂级的稳定态二氧化氯溶液的比较,明确食品添加剂级二氧化氯的产品要求,指导帮助食品企业解决二氧化氯作为消毒剂或防腐剂时容易出现的乱用、误用问题。
Through the analysis of chlorine dioxide different production way and art, the speciality and applied field of diversified chlorine dioxide products was discussed. Also through the comparison of the steady chlorine dioxide between disinfeetor level and food additive level, the requirement for the chlorine dioxide products as food additive was specified. All of that help the food industry to solve the misused problems when the chlorine dioxide was used as disinfector or food additive.
