广东中山与四川成都统筹城乡发展的比较研究

A Comparative Study of Balanced Urban and Rural Development between Zhongshan,Guangdong and Chengdu,Sichuan

东部的广东中山市和西部的四川成都市都正在进行统筹城乡发展的伟大创举。通过比较,两地在统筹城乡发展的目标和方向上不尽相同,但它们在统筹城乡发展的规律、联系、方法上,又有许多共通之处。成都在深化统筹城乡发展的建设中,其户政改革、运作模式以及田园城市发展目标的经验,仍然对中山推进综合改革试点有不少的启示。

The great pioneering work in balanced urban and .rural development is already underway at Zhongshan City of Guangdong in East China and Chengdu City of Sichuan in West China. By comparison, the two are not the same in urban and rural development goals and directions, but they have much in common in the laws, relations and methods in the balanced urban and rural development. Chengdu＇ s experience in its administration reform concerning residents and residency, the mode of operation, as well as the development goal for a garden city while deepening the construction of balanced urban and rural development, still has a lot of inspiration to Zhongshan City in its promotion of the comprehensive reform experimentation.
