摘要
以钒渣氧化钠化焙烧—水浸后的钒液为原料,进行间断式酸性铵盐沉钒试验。讨论了沉淀原液浓度、pH值、温度、氯化铵加入量、沉钒时间、钒液杂质(P/Si)等对钒酸铵质量的影响。试验结果证明,采用酸性铵盐沉钒的最佳工艺条件:沉淀原液浓度20~21 g/L、pH值8~9、磷含量<15 mg/L、硅含量<500 mg/L、沉钒初始温度控制在40~50℃,最终温度控制在95~100℃、加铵系数0.5~0.6、沉淀沸腾时间20~30 min,可制得品位高、杂质含量低的钒酸铵。
The test of intermittent acid-ammonium-salt vanadium-depositing is conducted with vanadium fluid as raw material,which comes from vanadium slag after treatment of sodium oxide roasting and water leaching,discussed the influence on quality of ammonium vanadate from concentration of raw fluid,pH value,temperature,added quantity of ammonium chloride,vanadium depositing time,impurities in vanadium fluid(P/Si) and etc.It is proved that ammonium vanadate with high-grade and low content of impurities can be got with the best process conditions: concentration of raw deposit fluid controlled within 20 to 21 g/L,pH value of raw fluid within 8 to 9,content of P in raw fluid less than 15 mg/L,content of Si in raw fluid less than 500 mg/L,the beginning temperature of vanadium deposit within 40 to 50 ℃,the last temperature within 95 to 100 ℃,coefficient of adding ammonium 0.5 to 0.6,deposit boiling time 20 to 30 minutes.
