摘要
对唐钢1#高炉的强化冶炼生产实践进行了总结。通过采取稳定原燃料质量,特别是减少粉末入炉、提高富氧率、严格热制度和造渣制度、加强上下部调剂以及炉前配合、加强人员培训和生产设备的管理等措施,实现了高炉强化冶炼,技术经济指标达到历史最好水平。
It is concluded the strengthening smelting production practice of 1# blast furnace of Tang Steel： stabilizing raw and fuel material quality,especially decreasing powder into furnace,raising rich oxygen ratio,strictly carrying out thermal system and slag-forming system,strengthening regulation between upper and lower parts and coordination in spot of furnace,strengthening staff training and management of product equipments,as a result,the strengthening smelting of blast furnace realized,various indexes reached the highest level in history.
