摘要
针对邯钢焦化厂3#焦炉炉顶装煤车摩电道支架强度不够,易变形,导致装煤在走行时摩电拍易脱离摩电道造成事故的问题,对摩电道支架进行了重新设计,在未使用大型吊装工具的情况下,利用焦炉检修时间完成了对摩电道的整体更换,保证了3#焦炉装煤车的安全稳定运行。
In 3# coke oven of Han Steel because the strength of bracket of electricity -feeding rail of coal charging car is not enough and easy to deform, electricity - conducting rack is easy to depart from the rail and cause breakdowns. To the problem the brackets is redesigned, and new ones are exchanged for the olds to the whole rail.
