鱼腥草根和叶醇提物抗氧化活性比较研究 被引量:2

摘要 对比鱼腥草根和叶的乙醇提取物抗氧化活性。分别采用70%乙醇制备鱼腥草根醇提物、叶醇提物,通过测定还原能力和对羟自由基(·OH)、超氧自由基(O2-·)、亚硝酸盐(NO2-)的清除作用,评价鱼腥草根、叶醇提物体外抗氧化活性,并测定醇提物中多糖、总黄酮和总酚含量。在不同的抗氧化体系中,鱼腥草根、叶醇提物的抗氧化能力有差异,其中叶醇提物的抗氧化活性明显强于根醇提物。多糖、总黄酮、总酚含量测定结果显示,鱼腥草根醇提物中各活性成分的含量均高于叶醇提物。鱼腥草根、叶醇提物均表现出不同程度的抗氧化活性,且抗氧化活性与活性成分含量呈正相关。 Compare the antioxidant activities of extracts of roots and leaves from Houttuynia cordata Thunb in vitro. The extracts of roots and leaves of Houttuynia cordata Thunb were extracted by 70 percent alcohol. The antioxidant activities of these plants were analysed by using different assays, such as reducing power, hydroxyl free radical (· OH) scavenging assay, superoxide anion free radical (O2 -·) scavenging assay and nitrite (NO2-) scavenging assay. The contents of polysaccharide, flavonoids and polyphenol from extracts were also determined. A significant difference was observed in antioxidant activities among the alcohol extracts of roots and leaves in different antioxidant evaluation systems. The antioxidant activities of leaves extracts were stronger than roots extracts. The contents of polysaccharide, flavonoids and polyphenol from leaves extracts were higher than roots extracts. The alcohol extracts of roots and leaves had antioxidant capacities in different antioxidant evaluation systems, and the order of the antioxidant activities of root and leaf extracts was correlated with the contents of active components.
