摘要
考察了双水相萃取茶叶中茶多酚的可能性及影响因素,结果表明,以乙醇/磷酸氢二钾为双水相萃取体系,当磷酸氢二钾的质量分数为0.33 g/mL,乙醇的体积分数为80%,萃取时间20 min时,茶多酚的萃取率达到92.1%。乙醇/磷酸氢二钾双水相体系对于茶叶中茶多酚的萃取分离提供了新方法。
The method of extracting teapolypheols from tea by aqueous two-phase extraction was investigated. Experimental results indicate that using C2H5OH/K2HPO4 as aqueous two-phase extraction system, the extraction ratio can be up to 92.1% under the conditions of 80 %C2H5OH, 0.33 g/mL K2HPO4 and extraction 20 min. Thus the aqueous two-phase system may provide a new technique for separation and purification of teapolypheols.
