白骨壤种子中总黄酮的提取及抗氧化性研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用乙醇恒温水浴法对白骨壤种子中总黄酮提取和L(934)正交试验设计进行优化,并采用Schaal烘箱法研究总黄酮的抗氧化性。结果表明,总黄酮最佳提取条件为料液比1∶30(g/mL)、提取温度60℃、提取时间4.5 h和乙醇浓度60%,且该条件下总黄酮提取率可达5.89%;白骨壤种子总黄酮对大豆油有一定的抗氧化效果,且具有量效关系;相同添加量下,抗氧化效果由强到弱的顺序为0.02%TBHQ>0.02%BHT>0.02%总黄酮;总添加量为0.06%时,其表现出的抗氧化效果和0.02%TBHQ效果相接近。 The total flavone were extracted from Avicennia marina seeds by ethanol thermostatic water bath method, the optimal extraction conditions of total flavonoids were determined by orthogonal test L9(34) and some research on antioxidation of total flavonoids were taken by the Schaal oven method. The results showed that: the best total flavone extraction conditions were solid to liquid ratio 1:30(g/mL), extraction temperature 60 ℃, extraction time 4.5 h and ethanol concentration 60 %, and under these conditions the extraction rate reached 5.89 %; Avicennia marina seed total flavone had certain antioxidation on soybean oil, and it had the same dose-effect relationship; the antioxidation from strong to weak order was 0.02 % TBHQ 〉0.02 % BHT 〉0.02 % of total flavonoids; under total dosage of 0.06 %, the exhibited antioxidation was close to the 0.02 % TBHQ.
