摘要
建立同步热分析-傅里叶红外光谱-气相色谱-质谱(STA-FT-IR-GC/MS)联用系统,通过同步热分析对咖啡酸样品在氮气和氮氧混合气氛围下进行热解,热解产物经过傅里叶红外光谱进行在线分析,并在线分析研究了咖啡酸的热解行为和在280、300、415、515℃4个点时的GC-MS主要产物,在氮气和氮氧混合气氛围下共检测到12种物质。
The caffeic acid was pyrolysised in the atmosphere of nitrogen and nitrogen-oxygen mixture, respectively, by Simultaneous Thermal Analysis (STA) and the pyrolysis products were investigated with FT-IR. According to the pyrolysis behavior of caffeic acid, the pyrolysates under three temperature (280, 300, 415 and 515 ℃) in different atmosphere were analysized with GC-MS and 12 main compounds were identified.
